14-Day Return Policy
At UZZY, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be submitted within the 14-day return period.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law. These may include:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards and digital products, where permitted by law.
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used, where permitted by law.
- Items clearly marked as final sale, where permitted by law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs if available.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our policy and applicable law. Where the problem is our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.
- Pack the item securely and return it using the instructions provided.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Please do not send items to an address until our team has confirmed the correct return location.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless another method is agreed upon or required by law.
We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or eligible product, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is unavailable, we can discuss an eligible refund or another suitable solution.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may need to follow our return procedure.
Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
9. Late Return Requests
Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not qualify under our standard change-of-mind policy. This restriction does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
