How long does delivery to Italy take?
Orders are usually delivered within 7–12 business days with tracked express shipping. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across Italy on orders over €150. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
What does "unstitched" mean?
Unstitched suits come as fabric pieces (shirt, trousers and dupatta) ready to be tailored to your exact measurements by your own tailor.
How do I choose my size?
Each ready-to-wear product lists its measurements. If you're between sizes, contact us and we'll help you choose.
How do khussa sizes work?
Our khussa follow EU sizing. Handmade leather softens with wear, so choose your usual size for a snug, comfortable fit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unworn pieces with their original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available at checkout, including major credit cards. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
